Forum Rules
**PLEASE READ BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE AAF FORUMS.**
- At all times be polite and respect your fellow posters. Gratuitous insults will not be tolerated. Justified insults will be judged on a case-by-case basis.
- The Moderator's word is law. If the Moderator gives you a warning, pay attention. It will be the only one you get. If you persist in behaving badly, the Moderator will ban your ass to Ragnarok.
- No spam or blatant advertising.
- Do not troll. Do not flame. See #2.
- Stay in focus. Keep off-topic discussion down. That's what we have a general forum for.
- Choose a title that accruately reflects the subject you want to discuss. Do not post in ALL CAPS. Please do not post images larger than 150Kb in size.
- Do not use excessive profanity. Occasional mild swearing will be overlooked, but if you insist on filling your posts with vulgarity, you will attract the attention of the Moderator. See #2.
- Press the Save button only once. Sometimes due to the vagaries of the Internet it can take a while for the site to respond, especially over a dial-up connection. Pressing Save more than once can lead to double-posts. Duplicate posts will be removed. Eventually. Please try to avoid it.
- The forums are not to be used as a platform for religious or political proselytisation.
- It helps to lurk a while before making your first post. You will get to know the general tone of the forum, and what will and will not be accepted by the Moderator and the other forumgoers.
- The official language of the forum is English. Sorry to native speakers of other languages, but we do not have the capacity to run a multilingual forum. On the flip side of the coin, please respect the language skills of non-native English speakers.
