AAF owned Equipment

Posted by Chris Mackie at April 02. 2008
Hello
I am going to create a spreadsheet or an Access database of all the club gear including fabrics and stuff for sale. I'm just putting everything on paper thats all, so that everybody in the club knows what we have and they might be able to use or purchase and where it is.

So if anybody with equipment/goods that belongs to the club could just drop me an email or reply to this Discussion that would be great.

Cheers

Chris

Does the group have leather for shoes and cheap linen for costuming? Obviously buying half a hide to make a pair of shoes is silly. If the grop will/has bought leather, does it put a mark up on it? Not as a profit margin but to simply account for the wastage to occurs when cutting the weird shapes.

If we could buy linen bulk, it would be far cheaper than going to Spotlight and getting it for $17/m.

It again makes another person accountable for the gear to store and bring, not to mention bringing in the Tres to receive payment of said items.

Just wondering mike if you have the two boxes of linen that i purchased for the club from Adelaide? Last i heard it was with mark but he is adamant that he doesnt have it any more.

was thinking it would be good to find it so we can start doing some actual costume with recruits. im thinking next tues we seriously start people working on undertunics. or maybe the week after.
